Click on start,then type'cmd' in the search area.
Right click on the 'cmd' that appears, click 'Run as administrator'.
You may be asked for your password or to OK the action.
Type net stop spooler then press enter.
Next type del %systemroot%System32spoolprtiners* /Q and press Enter
Then restart the print spooler by typing net start spooler.

Put your computer in clean boot and check if you still have the same issue.
Click Start[Start button], type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
[User Account Control permission]If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
Click OK.
When you are prompted, click Restart.
After the computer starts, check if you still have the same issue.
